4/1/2010 - LaborSoft releases LaborForce 8
  LaborSoft announced that it has released LaborForce 8 an upgrade to its Employee and Labor Relations case
management software.

LaborSoft's flagship product, LaborForce 8, has been redesigned from the ground up. Enhancements include a
new home screen and menu system that gives users instant access to product modules, active cases, employee
data and management reports.

LaborForce 8 Reporting & Analytics was redesigned for Human Resource and Labor Relations professionals. It
provides both a complete set of standard reports, and the ability to easily build custom reports, charts, and
executive dashboards. With "drag and drop drill down" LaborForce 8 reports can easily identify trends by issue,
location, EEO status, or individual.

A new module LaborForce 8 EEO, gives an organization a powerful tool for managing EEO claims or complaints.
This case management module allows for processing both internal and external EEO claims from the initial filing
through resolution.
 
 
1/15/2010 - LaborSoft announces LaborForce 8.0 Spring Upgrade
  LaborForce 8, LaborSoft's flagship product, has been redesigned from the ground up. Enhancements include a
redesigned menu system and home screen which will allow you to find data easier then ever before. The new
Report Manager will help to simplify the creation of reports and charts. A new module has been created to track
EEO Cases and generate EEO reporting and analysis services. Look for the upgrade to roll out in early Spring 2010.
 
 
12/1/2009 - Aiken Regional Medical Center
  Aiken Regional Medical Center of South Carolina announces is has selected LaborSoft to provide its LaborForce
solution to address the various Human Resources and Employee Relations functions at the hospital. Aiken
Regional Medical Center is a 230-bed acute care facility offering a wide variety of specialties and services and is
 owned and operated by a subsidiary of Universal Health Services, Inc. (UHS), a King of Prussia, PA-based
company, that is one of the largest healthcare management companies in the nation.
 
 
12/2/2009 - LaborSoft joins LERA
  LaborSoft proudly joins the Labor and Employment Relations Association (LERA), which is the singular
organization in the country where professionals interested in all aspects of labor and employment relations
network to share ideas and learn about new developments, issues, and practices in the field. Founded in 1947 as
the Industrial Relations Research Association (IRRA), the National LERA provides a unique forum where the views
of representatives of labor, management, government and academics, advocates and neutrals are welcome. LERA
has more than 50 Local State Chapters and boasts a total membership that encompasses over 3,000 members.
 
 
12/15/2009 - The MNA renews agreement with LaborSoft
  The Massachusetts Nurses Association renews its relationship with LaborSoft to continue using our
comprehensive case management solution, LaborForce, to support the needs of their Association and its
Members. The MNA is the largest union and professional association of registered nurses and health
professionals in the state, and the third largest in the nation, representing more than 23,000 members working in
85 health care facilities, including 51 acute care hospitals, as well as a growing number of nurses and health
professionals working in schools, visiting nurse associations, public health departments and state agencies.
 
 
11/09/2009 - LaborSoft joins ASHHRA
  LaborSoft, the leading provider of Labor and Employee Relations Software joins (ASHHRA - The American Society
for Healthcare Human Resources Administration) of the American Hospital Association (AHA). ASHHRA is the
nation’s only membership organization exclusively dedicated to meeting the professional needs of human resources
leaders in health care.
 
 
11/06/2009 - Maryland Transit Administration
  The Maryland Transit Administration, which provides and supports accessible transit networks throughout
Maryland and employs approximately 3,000 people, goes live with LaborForce 7.5 to support their Labor and
Employee Relations management initiatives.
 
 
10/14/2009 - NYU Langone Medical Center
  NYU Langone Medical Center, a World-Class Patient-Centered Integrated Academic Medical Center which employs
approximately 15,000+ employees, goes live with LaborForce 7.5 as the preferred information system to streamline
their various Labor and Employee Relations functions.
 
 
09/12/2009 - Port of Seattle
  The Port of Seattle, which plays a key role in bringing international trade, transportation and travel to the Pacific
Northwest, and supports industries as diverse as tourism and commercial fishing has renewed it’s agreement
with LaborSoft for a second straight year. They are running LaborForce Version 7.5 to assist with their various
HR and Labor Relations functions and requirements.
 
 
08/15/2009 - LaborSoft Releases LaborForce 7.5.4
  LaborSoft Releases a new upgrade to its flagship product Laborforce. New Reporting and enhanced Reporting
Dashboard functionality has been added along with the ability to flag Discipline Discrimination Cases. LaborForce's
underlining code base has also been upgraded from Microsoft’s ASP.NET 2.5 to ASP.NET 3.5
 
 
05/20/2009 - LifeSpan
  LifeSpan, a Rhode Island based health care system, announces they will expand their LaborForce Software
usage from its original installation location, Rhode Island Hospital, to the LifeSpan Corporate location and other
LifeSpan Hospitals.
 
 
05/15/2009 - AHHRARI Presentation
  LaborSoft presents its Labor and Employee Relations software, LaborForce, as the corporate sponsor to
AHHRARI (The Association for Healthcare Human Resources Administrators of Rhode Island).
