Support doesn't end with software implementation. Another component we are proud to provide at LaborSoft is our ongoing support. In fact, our primary activity is to support you and the use of our software. We are committed to fixing any issues you have. If an issue is preventing your team from their work, we'll move your case up to top priority. 

Users can contact us via email, telephone, text, and directly through the LaborSoft software. Online user manuals are also embedded in the software for quick access when an issue arises. We will assign your team their own primary support person to get familiar with your organization and the way it uses LaborSoft. 

  • Our support hours are 8AM-8PM EST.
  • Average response time is under 15 minutes.
  • Our support line is monitored during off hours, but a response is not guaranteed.
  • Ongoing training is included in your support.
